Bilateral Stimulation Exercise for Stress Relief & Healing

Bilateral stimulation is a tool that helps me time and time again on my healing journey. The gentle activation of both sides of the brain helps the nervous system to calm down, allowing us to relax and be more mindful. I created this exercise for anyone looking for support in moments of stress or overwhelm. It combines bilateral movement, breathing cues, and affirmations.

How to use it: Follow the ball with your eyes and breathe in and out as guided. If you prefer, you can close your eyes and simply listen to the sounds and let the audio guide your breathing instead.

For the best experience, use headphones. The bilateral audio is designed to gently alternate between left and right, which is where the calming magic happens.
