  • The 30-Day Sober Journey Workbook is for people at all different stages of healing their relationship with alcohol:

  • I encourage participants of the 30-Day Sober Journey to abstain from all types of alcohol and non-prescription drugs so that you can focus on healing. Please consult with your medical provider for any medical decisions regarding prescription medications.

  • The Workbook is divided into three sections:

    • Days 1-10 - Connect with your body & grounding

    • Days 11-20 - Connect with your mind & emotions

    • Days 21-30 - Connect with your spirit & heart

  • There are 30 days of teachings and healing activities. The healing activities include journal prompts, guided meditations, and other activities.

    The Workbook is 45 pages.

  • The daily activities are designed to be short and simple. The daily activities can generally be completed in about 15-30 minutes per day.
