  • The workbook contains more than 100 journal prompts. Specifically, the workbook contains a welcome note, detailed instructions, and 6 chapters that each contain a teaching and journal prompts.

  • Customers will be emailed a secure link to the file lasting 24 hours after the first download.

  • The Self-Love System is an organized way to approach the healing journey and process all of your emotions.

  • The Self-Love System is designed to be completed over 6 weeks. If you complete the 6-week program and still don't feel sufficiently healed, then redo the 6-week program (starting with self-care) until you feel connected back to your heart.

  • The workbook PDF is 35 pages.

  • Yes, this workbook does not contain space for your responses to the journal prompts because your thoughts and feelings should not be constrained by the arbitrary space that I leave for you on a page. I suggest a new notebook that is only used for your healing journey.

  • The workbook is only available in English.
