Choosing our core values is a way to align our lives with what matters most to us. When we know our core values, we can make decisions that reflect who we are and who we want to become. Everyone has different values, which is why it’s important to identify our own. This helps us to stay true to ourselves and is helpful when we feel out of sync.
Below is a list of core values . These are just suggestions, feel free to write your own. I invite you to choose 3–5 values. It can be hard to choose, but the smaller the list, the clearer your focus becomes.
